Successful applicants will have the chance to commence selling immediately, with average deal sizes yielding £600 in commission for each successful sign-up plus recurring commission. The most outstanding among you will be selected to join Kayana permanently after a few months, assuming leadership roles within the company. As leaders, you will mentor others in selling the Kayana product range, starting with basic salaries starting from £30,000 plus commissions based on your and your team's sales achievements. All commission is uncapped.
